Founding Directors

Bill and Ann Peckham are the founding directors of Eagles Wings Children’s Village. They serve on a volunteer basis. Bill and Ann have three children: Elisha who lives with them in Masaka, Uganda, a daughter, Linda Vandenakker, who lives with her husband, Ken, and their three children, Amanda, Joshua, and Jennifer in Winnipeg, and a son, Mike Peckham, who also lives in Winnipeg, along with his daughters, Felicia and Sheena, and his granddaughters, Holly and Freya. Bill and Ann share their home and property with vocational students who are studying in Masaka. Their home also serves as the Ugandan office for Eagles Wings Children’s Village.
Managing Director

Jonathan Michalski is the managing director of Eagles Wings Children’s Village. He serves on a volunteer basis. Jonathan studied at the University of Minnesota-Crookston. He lives in Masaka with his wife, Alannah, and their son, Holden.
Property Director

Allan Kisakye is the property director of Eagles Wings Children’s Village. He has been working for Eagles Wings since it began. As property director, he is in charge of property oversight, and he spends much time there. Allan and his wife, Harriet, have six children: Flourish, Honest, Joshua, Wisdom, Victorious, and Virtuous. Allan and his family live near the EWCV property, in Lubumba village.
Staff Director

Rachael Nansamba is the staff director of Eagles Wings Children’s Village. She has been an employee of EWCV since 2007. As staff director, Rachael supervises every department. She is in charge of payroll and monthly, employer tax contributions. She lives in Masaka, quite close to the EWCV office.
